6. Mochos - Stalis Boulgarikos One Way (Circular hike)

A simple hike from the mountain village of Mochos to the coastal town of Stalis. This hike follows an old donkey path down to the northern coast of Crete, offering a fantastic view of the coastal towns east of Heraklion and the island of Dia. This hike is possible even without a rental car, or it can be combined as a larger circular hike with the Mochos – Malia hike (approximately 13 km).
The hike is possible all year round!
