You can see in our videos that we don't flip-flop around with a handbag and on Indian safety shoes. Sensible equipment, such as good sturdy shoes, rucksack, fanny pack, walking poles and comfortable clothing, play an important role.

What you ultimately decide on in terms of clothing, equipment and accessories is of course up to you, as financial considerations often also play a role. The important thing is to be ‘safe’ and to start every hike carefully and in good health. Have fun hiking and exploring the beautiful island of Crete.
